Garry Saundh – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Saundh is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from
University of Calgary, holds second class Power Engineering
Certificate from Labor Department of Alberta and graduate
from Banff School of Advanced Management. Mr. Saundh
spent nearly 30 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, holding
positions of responsibility in Canada and International
assignments.
CSC Global Technologies was the brain child of Mr. Saundh
and he became one of the founder of the company. The
company has progressed and achieved tremendous goals
since its incorporation. He continues to lead the company
in his capacity as the President and CEO.
Gordon
Ball – Director
Mr. Ball has 31 years experience in corporate
law practice and all aspects of business. His clients
include a number of prominent successful mid sized companies.
Gordon is involved in private business ventures including
home renovations, real estate and franchises. Gordon
was the co-founder, counsel and director of four public
companies launched in Alberta under the Junior Capital
Pool Program.

Gordon
operates his own private law practice under Gordon Consulting
Group Inc.. He provides business consulting and finance
services. Gordon sits on the board of other private
corporations.
Stan Powell – Director
Education:
• Bachelor of Engineering Science, University of Saskatchewan
• Effective Executive Certificate, University of Saskatchewan
Experience:
• Six(6) years in Petroleum Production and Refining Engineering
• Thirty three (33) years in Instrumentation and Control sales -
twenty-one(21) as Owner and General Manager of Septre Controls Ltd.
• Currently Owner and General Manager of three Commercial Real
Estate companies that own and manage commercial real estate.
The
Board of Advisors
Dr. Paul Bradford
Dr.
Bradford is a highly educated individual with diverse
experience in the field of medicine. He received his
BSc. Degree in Chemistry & Electrical Engineering
from University of Western Ontario, MD from Queen’s
University, CCFP from University of Ottawa and EM from
University of Western Ontario. He holds various positions
of responsibility including Emergency Medical Director
HDGH Windsor, Co-Director Trauma Program HDGH Windsor,
Medical Director Essex County PHTLS Program and Medical
Director Essex-Kent Base Hospital. Dr. Bradford also
works with the Canadian Armed Forces as Regimental Medical
Officer Windsor Regiment.
Dr. James Thomas
Dr.
James Thomas is an Emeritus Professor Plants, Soils,
and Biometeorology, working as an advisor to the Director,
International Programs, Utah State University. Dr. Thomas
holds his Ph.D. degree from University of Alberta -
Genetics and Plant Breeding. He is an International
figure and his long experience has taken him to all
corners of the world. His broad experience includes

Dorn
Ries
Mr. Ries is a graduate from SAIT. In 1981 he formed
High Time Industries Ltd and began contracting construction
and maintenance services to TransAlta. As the CEO of
High Time Industries Dorn has built this 3 man maintenance
company into an aggressive EPC company employing more
than 65 employees. High Time Industries Ltd focuses
on high voltage networks in Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.
Projects include design, construction and maintenance
of the 500KV interconnection with BC Hydro, 150MW Wind
Generation for Strobe Light and Power in Southern Alberta
as well as many various projects with TransAlta, AltaLink,
Enmax, Atco Electric, Trans Canada Pipe Lines and many
others.
Dorn
is an avid sportsman and has a great love for horse
racing. He is an active owner of 5 thoroughbred horses
running on the Alberta circuit in Calgary and Edmonton.
Robert
Clarke
Mr. Clarke is a graduated from SAIT with a diploma
in Electrical Technology. He worked his entire career
with TransAlta Utilities (formerly Calgary Power) where
he held different positions in the Transmission Department.
During his last three years with TransAlta,he acted
as the Project Manager of the $140 Million Transmission
Maintenance Project. He is the current President of
small company, founded by him in 1999 and under his
direction the company has expanded steadily since it
formation.
Robert
is a tireless volunteer in the community. He presently
holds the position of Vice President with the Junior
“A” Calgary Canucks of the Albert Junior
Hockey League. Robert has been a volunteer with the
Canucks since 1985 and prior to that was associated
with the North East Athletic Association. Robert was
also a member of the electrical emergency response team
for the 1988 Olympics.
