Create a Share Link in CANVID

Want to instantly share your exported video? With CANVID’s Create a Share Link feature, you can upload your video to the cloud and generate a shareable link, all in one step.

How It Works

The Create a Share Link option is available under Export in the CANVID Editor.

1. Click Export

2. Toggle Create a share link

3. Click Export to file

This will:

• Save your video as an .mp4 file on your computer
  

• Automatically upload it to your CANVID Cloud Gallery
  

• Instantly generate a secure, shareable link
  
  

Who Can View the Link?

Only people with the link can access your video. It’s private by default and not publicly searchable.

Sharing Options

Once uploaded, your video can be shared as:

• A direct link
  

• An embeddable player for websites and blogs
  

• A viewable link in emails or messages

⚠️ If you’d rather upload and share a video online without saving the MP4 file to your computer, just use Quick Share.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

• This feature works only with MP4 exports — not available for GIFs yet
  

• The online video quality is based on the export settings you choose
  

• Great for tutorials, product demos, or quick reviews that need fast distribution
