Can I try CANVID before purchasing?
Yes! You can try and explore all features without purchasing a license except for exporting videos and creating quick share links which utilizes CANVID Cloud.
What’s the difference between the Subscription and Lifetime plans?
The Subscription plan gives you full access to CANVID for while subscribed, including unlimited exports, cloud services, and app updates. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, giving you permanent access to the app, with complimentary updates and cloud storage for the first year.
What happens after one year if I choose the Lifetime plan?
After the first 12 months you keep full access to the version you already have. To keep receiving new features, AI improvements, security & compatibility updates (and cloud services if you want them), you can optionally purchase the Maintenance Plan for another 12 months. Skip it and you can still use the last eligible version offline.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yep, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll still have access until the end of your billing period.
How many devices can I use CANVID on?
Both the Lifetime and Subscription plans allow you to use CANVID on up to 3 personal devices, as long as they are owned and used by the same user.
Does CANVID work on both Windows and Mac?
Yes! CANVID supports both Windows and Mac.
Can I switch from a Subscription to a Lifetime plan?
Yes, you can switch to the Lifetime plan anytime while on a subscription.
Are there any limitations on video duration?
No, there are no restrictions on recording length or size. However, longer videos may require additional time to render and export.
