Where Are My Recordings Saved?
By default, the app stores your recordings locally in your CANVID library. When you export, you can choose where the finished file should be saved.
What Is a .canvid Project?
A .canvid project is the project file format used by the app. You can:
- open a
.canvidproject - save your current project
- use Save As to create another copy

Does It Work Offline?
Yes. Recording and editing can work offline.
Some online features, such as cloud sharing, need an internet connection.
Does It Support Linux?
Not currently. The app is focused on Windows and macOS.
